IncidentRoom

Integrations

Connect your monitoring stack to Discord

When your monitoring fires an alert, IncidentRoom creates an incident channel in Discord automatically. Plug in any tool that sends webhooks.

Add to Discord

Webhook-first architecture

Any tool that can send a webhook can trigger an incident in IncidentRoom. Datadog, AWS, GCP, PagerDuty, DigitalOcean, Grafana, Sentry — if it sends HTTP, it works.

Datadog

Connect Datadog monitors. When a monitor triggers, an incident is declared in Discord with alert details and severity.

AWS CloudWatch

Route CloudWatch alarms through SNS. EC2, Lambda, RDS — any CloudWatch metric can trigger an incident channel.

GCP

Connect GCP alerting policies. Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, GKE — alerts create incident channels automatically.

PagerDuty

When PagerDuty pages your team, an incident channel appears in Discord so coordination happens where your team already is.

DigitalOcean

Droplet health, database alerts, and app platform issues trigger incident channels in Discord automatically.

Grafana

Connect Grafana alert rules. When they fire, IncidentRoom creates an incident and notifies your team in Discord.

Sentry

Error spikes and new issues create incident channels instantly. Stop context-switching to check Sentry.

Custom webhooks

Any tool that sends HTTP can create incidents. Map JSON fields to severity, title, and description.
